1) Prices quoted are dependent on 'normal' circumstances, if unforeseen issues require additional work to be carried out then we reserve the right to charge for additional labour as required. Customers will be consulted prior to any additional work, before it comenses.

2) Material costs given on quotes are an estimate only. Where requested we will provide a copy of receipts for all materials bought for the completion of the work to be done.

3) We can only complete work to the customer's satisfaction when we are informed of all of the required details. We will not be responsible for unwanted work due to bad communication. We will check every step of the way to make sure that the work is completed to your direction and satisfaction

4) We reserve reserves the right to request a deposit of 20% of the agreed contract price at the start of any work, this amount will be obvious when we are required to purchase on going materials for the job undertaken.

5) Full Payment will be due (less your deposit) at completion of the work. Please pay by cash or cheque. All materials remain our property until this payment has been cleared.

6) We will clean and tidy the work area on completion, any rubbish that incur additional charges or any fee at the local recycling centre will be included in your final price
